Offers weight lifting diet and workouts. For cardio today I stepped up the intensity. For the next two weeks I will continue to walk at 3.5mph for 45 minutes, but have increased the incline to 10.0. Today's session was tough. My heart rate roamed around 150bpm which wasn't bad, but higher than I'm used to. I stepped off the treadmill completely drenched. Even with this new incline my legs felt fine, which is good, as I wanted to just focus on pushing my heart and not my legs. I've never used an incline this steep before and it really felt good. I know the more intense the cardio the better, and that mindset is what gets me through each and every cardio session. Offers weight lifting diet and workouts.

Today went well. I was excited for my workout all day and it was nice that I didn't have to do any cardio. Offers weight lifting diet and workouts. After the decline press I went to dumbbell pullovers. Now, because I do cardio on two of my lifting days and that my cardio is getting pretty intense, the cardio aspect of my training is becoming a mental challenge.
