Starting this week I have decided to step up my cardio sessions. I will now be doing cardio on Tuesday and Thursday along with my usual sessions on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday. For this week I will continue to use the treadmill at 3.5mph and 8.0 incline for all my cardio sessions. The Smith Grips were the only exercise in which I went down in performance. I am not sure why, but my fingers felt very weak today. I will make sure I bring this back up next week.
