Offers weight lifting guide and exercise plan. My cardio session turned out to be great and I actually had a pretty easy time doing the cardio today. My body seems to be adapting to the new intensity pretty quickly which is okay with me because I know I will be increasing the grade on the treadmill in another seven sessions. Around 2:30 I began my training. This is still a good time to train for me, because I complete my cardio around 12:15 and I feel the 2 hour break between allows me to recover. Another great workout! I had many new highs today and the only exercise that went down was the deadlift. Offers weight lifting guide and exercise plan. Last week I kicked out 4 reps and I just couldn't finish the lockout on the fourth rep today. That is a tremendously intense exercise and I feel that I was probably not as up for the lift today. I will make a mental note of that and make sure I attack the deadlift even harder next week. I have decided to make Wednesdays my official Physique Assessment Day. This will be the day of the week that I will look at the improvement I've made in my physique and assess my progress.
