Offers weight lifting plan and guide. It was great knowing that I'm continuing to get stronger. I went up in reps in the Shoulder Press, Triceps Extension, and Power Crunch and I used a new weight for the Cable External Rotation. My Smith Grips were awesome too, as I held the weight for the entire 30 seconds. The whole workout was great. My abs are looking more solid than they ever have and I believe most of that is due to my great improvements in the Power Crunch. Offers weight lifting plan and guide.

The Power Crunch is by far the best abdominal machine I have ever used. It is set up so that you are lying on your back performing a typical crunch with your feet slid between 2 pads and your hands are grasping a bar next to your head. Offers weight lifting plan and guide. As you crunch together you bring your knees toward your elbows. Weights can be added to the machine to give you as much overload as desired. What I like best about this machine is that it feels as natural as a normal crunch, but allows you to overload your abdominals in as few reps as you like. The reason I aim for 12 reps on this machine instead of 6 reps is just to lesson the load on my lumbar vertebrae. But I still push to complete failure on every workout.
