Offers weight lifting routine and plan. I decided to get rid of the dumbbell shoulder press and use the Hammer Strength Iso-Shoulder Press. The dumbbells require a lot of stabilization by the rotators of the shoulder joint and I didn't want to aggravate them. This turned out to be a great choice as I felt no pain at all on the Hammer Strength machine. I was able to overload the deltoids with maximum intensity with the goal of 4 - 6 reps in mind. My all-time best for the weight of 210lbs on this machine is 4 reps. I am sure that next week I will at least match that because I now know this movement will not further my injury. I started to do reverse dumbbell flys but even with the light weight of 20lbs I could feel some pain in my left shoulder. Due to the pain this has caused I have crossed this exercise off my routine. I feel this is not a problem at all as I get enough rear deltoid stimulation on my back days. The rest of the exercises felt fine and I am already looking forward to next weeks workout as my routine has been cleaned of all the harmful movements. Offers weight lifting routine and plan.

All my lifts felt strong and I pushed myself to a new level in the deadlift. My calves seem to be responding well to the heavy Max-OT type training. I now look in the mirror and can see a new level of density and fulness to my calves. I just try to lift heavier and heavier and I let the growing take care of itself. I know that if I'm getting stronger, then I must be getting bigger. Offers weight lifting routine and plan. I felt really good all day today. My shoulder no longer hurts, my cardio went well, and I didn't have the stress of having to do my homework for tomorrow. I assessed the status of my physique in the mirror and I can already see that some dramatic changes have occurred. My stomach has lost some fat which brought the abdominals out a lot more. I also have noticed more definition in my quadriceps and some increased vascularity in my forearms. I am very pleased with my progress so far, which helps me stay motivated to keep pushing further.
