Offers weight training and program. I pushed out an extra rep this week in the Reverse Grip Hammer Strength Lat Pull Down. My deadlift of 405lbs for 6 ties my all time best and I even went slow on the rep speed to really stress the upper back and traps on the lock out part of the lift. I believe the deadlift is by far the best mass builder of the back and by far the most important lift of all. No other lift requires the intensity needed to push a deadlift to failure. The deadlift directly overloads the lower back but also puts severe stress on every part of the body. I wouldn't feel that my Max-OT training program would be optimal unless this lift was included. I also added Dymetadrine Xtreme to my supplements. I am really glad that today was an off-day from lifting. My left shoulder still bothered me all day yesterday and hurts a little today. My shoulder hurts when I have to push forward or laterally (I can't even push open doors without it hurting). All I can hope for is that it heals up a bit today and that I don't have to cut back on any of my training tomorrow. One of the reasons I train only four times per week is that I feel this day off in the middle of the week lets my body recover as a whole and prevents the possibility of over-training. Offers weight training and program. My cardio was good as usual. This was the last day of walking at 3.5mph and 6.0 incline. I plan to increase the incline to 8.0 for the next two weeks.
