Everything is the same on my non-lifting days except for my Post Workout Meal, which I changed to 1 Nytro Pro 40,1 scoop VP2 and 1 scoop Creatine HSC as I won't be needing the extra sugar of the carb drink. I also added Dymetadrine Xtreme to my supplements. Today I started with only 3 capsules spread out evenly throughout the day. I plan to take 3 capsules again tomorrow to get my body accustomed to it and then I will take 5 capsules a day until the championship is over. Offers weight lifting and training program. This is a good sign to show my metabolism is very active, but I do not want to add to this hungry feeling even more by doing cardio first thing in the morning or even near my wakeup.
