I can start to feel the cardio getting easier to do which is a big mental lift. Tomorrow will be the last cardio session of walking at 3.5mph and 8.0 incline. On Saturday I plan to raise the incline to 10.0. My lower back and traps are sore from yesterday.Whether I am sore or not the day after means nothing to me, all I care about is if I stimulated muscle growth. I finished off the 6 reps at 300lbs with little struggle, and so decided to move up 20lbs, and still I put up 3 reps. Offers weight lifting workouts and routine. After the decline press I went to dumbbell pullovers. The first set of 80lbs was so easy that I went straight for a 110lbs dumbbell for the next set. The new weight was heavy, but definitely the right choice as the 3 reps I got felt solid. I made some huge improvements in my strength this week and I only hope this progress continues.
